CUTLINE: Winfred SibilleÌýis sworn-in for a consecutive year as Vice Chair forÌýthe Board of Supervisors for the University of ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ.Ìý Sibille,Ìýa native of Sunset, has served on the Board since 1995.Ìý He has extensive experience in education, including being named State Educator of the Year in 1989 by the Louisiana Association of School Executives.

CUTLINE: D. Wayne Parker is sworn-in for a consecutiveÌýyear as Parliamentarian for the Board of Supervisors for the University of ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ.Ìý Parker, a resident of Ruston, also began his second six-year term on the Board.Ìý He is a retired executive from Williamette Industries, Inc.

CUTLINE: Andre Coudrain is sworn-in for his third six-year term on the Board of Supervisors for the University of ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ.Ìý Coudrain, a Hammond attorney, has served on the Board since 1996 including two years as Chair in 2000-2001.Ìý HeÌýwas alsoÌýa student member on the Board in 1979-80 while serving as Student Government Association President at Southeastern Louisiana Unviersity.
