Louisiana Tech University, Southeastern Louisiana University, and the University of New Orleanshavecompleted thetransition to the Workdayplatform afteramulti-year implementation process.

Workdayoffersstate-of-the-art,cloud-based enterprise resource planning software thatsupportsinstitutional management at theuniversities, equipping staff with new toolsthathelpmodernize business processes,human resourcemanagement, data organization and information systems.

The older softwarethe universities relied uponin the past wasquickly becoming obsolete and wasunable to be updated as new technologies emerge. Workday’s cloud-based delivery ensures the softwarecanbe updated to keep up withthe universities’ evolving needs.

Workday integration will go beyond the universities’ HR and financial management with the addition of academic management. Once added, important university functions such as scheduling, fee bill payment, and retention management will all be completed through Workday.
